“I believe healing happens in relationship. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with genuine warmth — I’ll never hand you a worksheet and call it a session. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a major life change, or just a persistent sense that something feels off, you don’t have to figure it out alone.”

People are feeling better
I came in thinking I'd never feel okay again. After a few months I realized I was actually laughing — not just existing. That's when I knew things were changing.

Amara Okafor
Worked on anxiety
I dreaded coming in at first, but every session actually made me feel less alone. She listened in a way that made me feel seen — not judged.

Daniel Reyes
Navigated a breakup
We came in barely talking. Now we actually laugh together. The tools we learned are things we still use — they're not just therapy talk.

Sofia Linde
Couples work
I was sceptical about therapy. But after the first session I felt lighter. For the first time in years I felt like someone actually understood what I was going through

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions?
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, a bit of your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no agenda you need to prepare — just show up as you are.
How long does therapy usually take?
It really depends on what you’re working through. Some people find 8–12 sessions is enough; others prefer ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly and adjust as we go — there’s no pressure to commit to a fixed number upfront.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — I’m in-network with several major providers. If your insurance isn’t listed, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Get in touch and I’ll help you figure out what’s covered before we start.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions is completely confidential. The only exceptions are situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others — which I’ll always explain clearly before we begin.
